Cacao Ceremony
BE GRATEFUL AND CELEBRATE LIFEThanking Mother Earth for everything she gives us; the cacao represents the land and its seeds. It’s a ceremony to thank, and to plant our intentions for the future. During the ceremony you’ll be able to notice how the cacao heats the heart, and touches the soul, allowing us to access wishes and thoughts we might have buried deep inside.

Meditative Walks
CONNECT WITH YOUR DEEPEST SELF A small guided meditative hike (beginners’ level), of 1.5 kms distance (1 mile) through the jungle of Cozumel. The idea is to be alone (but always together) with one's thoughts and feelings and to do movement meditation to connect and understand with oneself.
